• Matching photo ID (driver’s license or passport)

We are pleased to be able to offer delivery on orders containing apparel, helmets, shoes, part and accessories. We do not offer delivery orders containing bikes. Any order containing a Bike must be picked-up from your selected My Ride store.
At My Ride, we offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if items purchased don’t fit or the items are damaged/faulty upon receipt.
- Goods cannot be returned or exchanged if the customer has simply changed their mind.
- Refunds and exchanges are permitted where the goods purchased do not perform as advertised.
- Refunds & Exchanges will only be offered on full priced items only .
- Unfortunately sale or discontinued items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

The bar of choice of Kate Courtney of the SCOTT-SRAM team, the Fraser features our integrated bar and stem concept, now also allowing for the integration of cables on the front of the bike. Extensive testing allowed us to scan perfectly the desired position for Kate for reach, drop and sweep, allowing her to reach her optimal position to race at the highest level at the World Cup. This -20 degreee stem angle might not be for everyone but works for her. A removeable stem cap hides all the cables and a variety of mounts are available to integrate your Garmin or Wahoo computer and also to fit our lights or a GoPro camera.
