Click & Collect
Enjoy Click and Collect from any My Ride Store Nationwide
You can now order any of our My Ride products on our website and collect them from any of our 20 Local My Ride stores around New Zealand.
All Bike orders can only be Click and Collected from your nominated My Ride store. There is no home delivery for Bikes.
Please note, only the person who placed the order can pick it up.
To collect your order, please bring:
• The order confirmation email
• Matching photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
• The credit card used to pay for the order
You will be notified when your order is ready to collect.
If the collection option has a green availability, the product is in-stock at your selected My Ride store, so will be available for Click and Collect shortly after your order is processed.
If the collection option has a yellow availability, the product is only in-stock at our Auckland distribution centre and will therefore need to be shipped to the store before you are able to collect it. Click and Collect orders made under this circumstance will not be guaranteed to be delivered in time for Christmas if ordered past the cut-off date.
HOW IT WORKS

Place your order online and select Pick up as your delivery method.
- We’ll send you an email and sms when your order’s ready to collect from your chosen My Ride store.
- Depending on your nominated store location some Click and Collect orders may take up to 5-8 business days to be available for pick up, as some stock maybe fulfilled from our warehouse.
- Please note, only the person who placed the order can pick it up.
- To collect your order, please bring:
