2. How often should I get my bike serviced?
It's recommended to get your bike serviced at least once a year, but this can vary depending on how often you ride, the terrain you ride on, and the weather conditions. If you're a frequent rider or ride in harsh conditions, you may need to get your bike serviced more often.
3. What does a basic tune-up include?
A basic bike tune-up typically includes adjusting the brakes and gears, checking tire pressure, bolts tightened and checked and lubricating the chain. This helps keep your bike running smoothly and safely.
4. What is an overhaul?
An overhaul is a comprehensive service that includes disassembling the bike, cleaning all components, replacing worn parts, and reassembling and tuning the bike to its optimal performance. It's recommended for bikes that haven't been serviced in a long time or have been ridden frequently in harsh conditions.
