We are pleased to be able to offer delivery on orders containing apparel, helmets, shoes, part and accessories. We do not offer delivery orders containing bikes. Any order containing a Bike must be picked-up from your selected My Ride store.
At My Ride, we offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if items purchased don’t fit or the items are damaged/faulty upon receipt.
- Goods cannot be returned or exchanged if the customer has simply changed their mind.
- Refunds and exchanges are permitted where the goods purchased do not perform as advertised.
- Refunds & Exchanges will only be offered on full priced items only .

Directions for use: Pre-wet bike, spray on Muc-Off Bike Cleaner & leave for 3 to 5 minutes. Agitate stubborn grime with a brush and rinse off thoroughly with fresh water. To ensure best results try a small test area before proceeding. Store in a cool, dry place. Warning: Avoid contact with eyes, wash out with water immediately and seek medical attention. Keep away from children. Do not use on hot surfaces. Do not let it dry or apply in direct sunlight. For non factory finishes test a small inconspicuous area prior to use.
