You can now shop online and pick up your order from your local My Ride. When choosing your delivery method at check out simply select pickup in store.
Please note, only the person who placed the order can pick it up.
To collect your order, please bring:
• The order confirmation email
• Matching photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
• The credit card used to pay for the order
We are pleased to be able to offer delivery on orders containing apparel, helmets, shoes, part and accessories. We do not offer delivery orders containing bikes. Any order containing a Bike must be picked-up from your selected My Ride store.
At My Ride, we offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if items purchased don’t fit or the items are damaged/faulty upon receipt.
- Goods cannot be returned or exchanged if the customer has simply changed their mind.
- Refunds and exchanges are permitted where the goods purchased do not perform as advertised.
- Refunds & Exchanges will only be offered on full priced items only .
- Unfortunately sale or discontinued items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

The Stow Jacket is a durable barrier against wind and chill that packs down to easily stow in a pack or jersey pocket for deployment when needed. The lightweight windproof fabric is enhanced with a DWR coating to shed water and grime, yet maintains easy breathability thanks to strategically placed exhaust venting. The cut is relaxed, and perfect for layering over loose jerseys and tech tees, with a secure pocket at the chest for keys and cash. Genuine 3M Reflective highlights add visual pop in low light conditions.
