We are pleased to be able to offer delivery on orders containing apparel, helmets, shoes, part and accessories. We do not offer delivery orders containing bikes. Any order containing a Bike must be picked-up from your selected My Ride store.
At My Ride, we offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if items purchased don’t fit or the items are damaged/faulty upon receipt.
- Goods cannot be returned or exchanged if the customer has simply changed their mind.
- Refunds and exchanges are permitted where the goods purchased do not perform as advertised.

EVA MIDSOLE: EVA is a lightweight, flexible material that helps to disperse pressure and absorb shock, enhancing comfort and stability over rough terrain.
